We had earlier reported that ace director Mani Rathnam is planning to do a film with Karthik's son Gautham and actress Radha's second daughter Thulasi.The film will have music by AR Rahman and cinematography by Rajiv Menon.

The film is said to be a romantic love story, and this would after a long time that Mani Rathnam is making a film of this Genre.The last was back in 2000 with Madhavan and Shalini starring Alaipayuthe.
