Machine Gun Preacher is a Hollywood film on the life of 'Sam Childers', who was once a drug dealer who transforms himself one day and takes up christianity as his relegion.He goes out to Sudan in Africa to save kids in need of a rescuer from the LRA.He rescues thousands of kids and starts an Orphanage in South Sudan.This forms the plot of the movie as well.The lead role of Sam Childer's is done by the very versatile Gerard Butler.The film has all ready been released in India by PVR pictures on December 9th, but sadly it hasn't yet reached my town.I suggest everyone with a heart to go see this one.

This movie is only for those who has got heart, not for those who are planning to have a weekend fun. This movie can be one of the transformer for life. Movie forces us to think the purpose of life and what actually we are doing. If we are complaining and cribbing everyday of our lifestyle which is surrounded by flashy identities, branded cloths and luxuries then we must think that there is one part of world where people, kids are looking for safe place to sleep. I loved this movie, I had tears in my eyes. Hats off to Sam Childers the "White Preacher".
