Kollam Fest 2011 which is scheduled to commence on 1st November is an annual festival of the kind, attracting a vast majority of Keralites and hundreds of domestic and foreign tourists to Kollam. The Kollam Corporation,the District Adminstration and the public of Kollam are going to make the one month long Kollam Fest a trend setting one.The class cultutral programmes in the evenings are sure to make the fest entertaining and memorable.

The authorities have arranged various cultural programmes and they are

• Dance program by Cine artists vineeth & Lekshmi Gopala Swamy on December 1st @ kollam fest
• Grammy Awardee Pandit Viswamohan Bhutt coming to asramam maidanam on 2nd December.
• Avial @ kollam fest from 2011 November 10 @ asramam maidanam.
• Shobhana at Kollam fest on November 11th
• Rimy Tomy at Kollam Fest on November 25th
• Baishali Basu Sarkar at Kollam Fest on November 18th
• Suresh Gopi and Roma Megashow at Kollam Fest on December 9th
• Bubble dance on November 22nd
• Bhangra dance on December 23rd
