Venkat Prabhu directs Ajith Kumar's 50th Film

The latest news from kollywood is that Ajith Kumar's 50th film will be directed by Venkat Prabhu.The film is titled 'Mangatha' and is said to be racy action thriller and comedy.

Gautham Menon film meanwhile is still in doubt.The film was confirmed by Ajith himself in an interview.Now it seems the film has been postponed or shelved.Gautham Menon has already started working on a bilingual with Rana Daggubati and the remake of Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya.Anyway we wish Ajith kumar a grand comeback.

Gautham Menon's next film with Rana Daggubati

The latest news from kollywood is that Gautham Vasudev menon has started working on his next film before his much awaited film with tamil actor Ajith.This new film stars Rana Daggubati of leader fame.The film shooting will start by the end of july.The film will be releasing by end of this year or mostly by next january or february.

Earlier Rana Daggubati was to do a flim with ace tamil director actor selvaraghavan.Now it seems like that film has been shelved due to creative differences between the actor and the director.

This untitled film also stars samantha,the actress from ye maaya Chesave.last week a photoshoot with Rana and Samantha was done at a studio in chennai.We are happy that there is one more film in the pipeline from gautham Menon.We wish all the best to Gautham Menon,cast and crew.

Rajnikanth's Endhiran shooting to resume.

Endhiran Shooting is almost over.All they have left is the shoot of a song starring Rajini and Aishwarya Rai.The entire filming crew cast and the superstar is waiting for dates from India's most beautiful Aishwarya Rai.

Huge Sets have been put up by Sabu Cyril where the shooting of the song would take place.The song to be shot is rumoured to be a sure hit from AR Rahman.The film is worth the wait one would say.Director Shankar is planning to release songs at Diwali this year.

After Vtv in february,Tamil Cinema's ace director Gautham Vasudev Menon is back again with a pyschological thriller starring Sameera Reddy and Veera,who worked as an assistant to the director earlier.

The film is rumoured to have no songs and not even the haunting background music score usual movies of this genre has.The film is planned to have a limited release in multiplexes.The film mostly would release by july as shooting is almost over in chennai.

Kamal Haasan's Next Film Titled 'Manmadhan Ambu'

'Manmadhan Ambu' is the title of Ullaga Nayagan's next venture with director and friend KS Ravikumar.The film stars Kamal Haasan,Trisha,Madhavan and Sangeetha in the lead roles.The film launch took place yesterday at AVM studios,Chennai.Devi Sri Prasad is the music director of the film.The cameraman is Manush Nandan,who worked as an assistant to ace cameraman Ravi K Chandran.The directors says the film will be shot mainly in the mediterranaen and locations of Europe like Rome,Venice etc.The film is a romantic comedy as the title suggests.

Kamal Haasan said

We are doing rehearsals for the film, before the shoot begins so that everybody is familiar with their roles. When you do a major play there will be a rehearsal camp to hone the skills of the artist taking part, who will have to perform it on stage to perfection from day one. Similarly Manmadhan Ambu is a big budget film, and we do not want the script to be written on the sets, now we can shoot exactly what we have in our mind

The film will be set for release in 2011,if all goes well.We wish all the best to the cast and crew of Manmadhan Ambu.
