Shahrukh Khan in film on 'Two States' by Chetan Bhagat

The latest buzz from the industry is that Shahrukh Khan has been signed to play the male lead in film adaptation of Chetan Bhagat's 'Two states' by Vishal Bharadwaj.The rights of this novel has been acquired by Sajid Nadiawala.Earlier two films based on Chetan's novel's 'Five point someone' and 'One night at a call center' has been made into films '3 Idiots' and 'Hello' in which Aamir Khan and Salman Khan appeared,Seems like King Khan also wants to join the show.The female lead has not yet been finalized,but rumours are that it could be Priyanka Chopra,The story is based on a Gujarathi boy and Tamil girl getting married.

The film would be produced by Shahrukh Khan's production house along with Sajid Nadiawala's.Let us hope the film does justice to the novel.
