Zaheer Khan's 3 wickets for 19 runs registered India it's second group match victory against Ireland.Ireland lost both it's openers with in first 3 overs and Zaheer Khan was the one who sent them back to the pavillion.Both Ireland and India have already qualified for the super EightsOjha, who turned in another impressive bowling performance, then bowled Kevin O'Brien, while Gary Wilson had his off stump knocked back by Harbhajan Singh, to leave the Irish on 48-5 in the 10th over.The Ireland batsmen found it impossible to generate any momentum.They limped to 72 before John Mooney was caught by Yuvraj Singh trying to reverse sweep Ojha (seen celebrating) and Regan West was run out off the next delivery after failing to ground his bat.
Zaheer claimed his fourth wicket in the penultimate over when he had White caught by Dhoni, but Ireland scored 15 from Harbhajan Singh's final over to add some respectability to the scoreline.
India's Next match is against west Indies on June 12th at LORDS.
