Bhramaram is the forthcoming venture of Award winning director and assistant of Padmarajan.Blessy already has 4 films each one better than the other and Thanmathra being the best of it.Now Mallu film goers have yet another chance to see the duo of Mohanlal and Blessy creates on Screen.Bhramaram is about Mohanlal's journey from Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu to Marayoor in Idukki District of Kerala; he plays a lorry driver who meets diverse and different sorts of people during this journey. Popular Tamil-Telugu-Hindi actress Bhumika Chawla is the heroine. Lakshmi Gopalaswami has an important role alongside Murali, son of late National award winning actor Bharath Gopi.

After rendering his voice for just a few songs for his films like Onnanam Kunnil (1985), Chitram (1988) and Balettan (2003), Mohanlal has recently sung a song for Bhramaram. The song 'Annarkanna Vaa, Poovala Changatham Koodan Vaa' was recorded at Mohanlal's new recording studio in Kochi. This melodious folk song, penned by Anil Pachooran and tuned by Mohan Sithara, will be picturised on Mohanlal himself.
Also in the cast are Suresh Menon, Madan Babu, Murali Krishnan, Baby Nivedhitha, etc. Bhramaram, which is likely to be completed in one schedule, is now rolling at the locations of Kochi, Munnar, Nelliyambathi, Coimbatore, Marayoor and Pollachi.
