Ever since the movie has been announced it has been a talk among Kamal fans and Mohanlal fans as this is the first time the two acting legends are coming together in a film.The film titled 'Unnai Pol Oruvan' is a remake of bollywood classic movie released in 2008 titled 'A Wednesday' which starred Naseerudin Shah and Anupam Kher in the leading roles while Jimmy Shergil also played a very important role in the movie.The movie is being directed by Kamal Haasan's friend Chakri Toletti and the music is done by his daughter Shruti Hassan who is also a singer and also owns a band in chennai.Mohanlal joined the crew on April 7th at Ramoji film city.The film is about a man who plants 5 bombs in chennai city and Mohanlal is a cop.The film is also being made in telugu with Venketesh doing lal's role and is titled 'Ee Nadu'.The film was earlier titled 'Thalaivan Irukindraan'.

The Shooting of the film is taking place in Ramoji film city at Hyderabad and the film will have just one schedule.The film is planned for a june release as of now.
